Community Standards

1. Where these standards apply

Scout Platforms LLC operates School of Outcomes and enforces these standards. They apply to profiles, campus discussions, replies, direct messages, live sessions, assignments, submissions, challenges, opportunity listings, professor interactions, and conduct connected to the School of Outcomes community.

2. Professional conduct

• Critique work, claims, and ideas without degrading the person.
• Use accurate titles, experience, credentials, results, and affiliations.
• Disclose financial interests, affiliate relationships, paid endorsements, and relevant conflicts.
• Respect boundaries, blocks, declined connection requests, and requests to stop contact.
• Keep feedback specific, constructive, and relevant to the campus outcome.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Credible threats, encouragement of violence, stalking, doxxing, extortion, blackmail, or targeted harassment.
• Hate or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual content sent without consent, grooming, or any content involving minors.
• Scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, fake opportunities, pyramid schemes, deceptive earnings claims, or manipulation of rankings and credentials.
• Spam, repetitive solicitation, scraping members, buying or selling accounts, or using member data outside its intended purpose.
• Sharing private messages, submissions, personal data, employer information, or client information without authorization.
• Copyright infringement, plagiarism, unauthorized course redistribution, or presenting AI-generated or third-party work as wholly original.
• Instructions intended to facilitate unlawful access, real-world harm, evasion of security controls, or dangerous activity.
• Market manipulation, personalized financial directives, guaranteed-return claims, or undisclosed promotion of assets in which you have an interest.

4. Opportunity and income claims

Members and professors may discuss their own experience, but claims must be truthful, supportable, and appropriately qualified. Do not promise that another person will earn a stated amount, secure a job, win clients, or reproduce an exceptional result. Testimonials must reflect genuine experience, and material connections must be clear.

5. Reporting and private messages

Use the report control attached to the relevant discussion, reply, or received message. Blocking stops direct contact but does not automatically create a report. Direct messages are connection-gated; moderators review reported message content and necessary conversation context rather than routinely reading private conversations.

For credible imminent danger, contact local emergency services first, then email safety@schoolofoutcomes.com.

6. Enforcement

We consider severity, context, intent, impact, history, cooperation, and risk of recurrence. Severe cases may skip earlier steps.

7. Review targets and appeals

We aim to triage credible imminent-harm reports as soon as practicable, priority safety reports within one business day, and standard reports within two business days. These are operating targets, not guarantees. Reporters receive a general resolution notice; privacy and safety may limit detail.

Affected members may appeal within 14 days by emailing appeals@schoolofoutcomes.com with the account email, decision, and relevant context. A reviewer not responsible for the original decision should decide the appeal when practicable.

8. No retaliation

Retaliation against a person for making a good-faith report, participating in a review, or requesting an accommodation is prohibited. Knowingly false or weaponized reporting may itself violate these standards.
